Executive Coaching for Social Care Leaders

As a fully qualified executive coach, I am keen to help other leaders in social care who want to make big strides forward in their own leadership, or develop their management teams.

Coaching is an increasingly important part of organisational strategies, and is a proven way to enable individuals and teams within a business to achieve their potential whilst contributing its overall development.

I provide coaching to individuals and teams in care settings and have particular experience and interest in:

  • Coaching leadership in recently acquired care homes or social care businesses
  • Coaching owners, leadership teams and managers tasked with turning around failing care homes
  • Providing guidance to owners, leadership teams and managers who need to improve their CQC rating

I am also experienced in dispute resolution and mediation.

I am a member of the South East Coaching and Mentoring Network (SEC&MN), a group of coaches and mentors which supports organisations to develop a coaching culture and achieve outstanding results.
