Social Care Speaker and Thought Leader

Through my experience within the NHS and as the owner of Pelham House Care Home and founder of Aspire Home Carers, I have gained significant expertise how to approach providing the best levels of care for our elderly people and people with dementia.

My commitment to improving care in all areas of our communities goes beyond focusing solely on my own businesses.

Through speaking at care sector conferences and training events, I am able to reach out to others within the care sector and local community to share what we’ve learnt and help to spread best practice throughout the sector through speaker.

I can provide keynotes and seminars on a range of subjects related to care for the elderly, and have particular expertise in:

  • Dementia care – what does good dementia care look like, and how can it be achieved?
  • Failing homes – key strategies for turning around a failing home
  • Improving standards of care for the elderly – strategies for leadership and management
  • Systems thinking in care settings
  • Leading high performance in social care

I speak at care sector conferences, training events and awards ceremonies, and am also frequently asked to join the judging panel for care industry awards.
